The EcoLogo Program is one of North America’s most respected environmental leadership certification programs, emphasizing reduced environmental impact throughout a product’s lifecycle.

What does EcoLogo certification mean to me?

The EcoLogo mark assures you that our products meet stringent standards of leadership certification. And as an added benefit, many of these products contain a balance of virgin and recycled fibers, resulting in improved product performance.

To earn EcoLogo certification, products must:

Result in significantly reduced impact on the environment in specific key areas

Use virgin wood fiber only if it is derived from sustainably managed forests

Be manufactured so that wastewater from the mill does not contain measurable levels of dioxins and furan, potential byproducts of chlorine bleaching
